Good day!

I can't figure out what to choose for my new gaming rig, and would really appreciate it if someone could answer a few questions for me. :)

Should I worry about latency when I don't plan on overclocking, and is latency the only difference between OCZ gold and platinum?
The OCZ gold low-voltage version is cheaper than the regular OCZ gold. Would it be wise to pick this in order to save money, or will I notice a performance drop or any other issues?

My current mobo of choice is this (http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=5337108&CatId=4070), and my processor will be the Intel Core i7 920 2666 MHz Bloomfield (http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=4240166&CatId=4074).

I have these options (in Norway):
1. OCZ Platinum Tri Channel 6GB PC12800 DDR3 - 1600MHz
2. OCZ Gold Tri Channel 6GB PC12800 DDR3 - 1600MHz - Low Voltage (http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227365)
3. Mushkin DDR3 6GB - 1600MHz (http://www.mushkin.com/Memory/Blackline/998659B.aspx)

Option 1 will cost me 280 USD.
Option 2 will save me 22 USD.
Option 3 will save me 73 USD, but I'm not familiar with mushkin and it has a high latency. It is very tempting to save 73 USD, though.
