Recomendations on best gigabyte motherboard to build two computers alike!

I would like to build two computers for my 6&7 year old grandsons! I would like your recomendations on the best gigabyte motherboard to use without graphics or video add on cards! I plan on using windows 7 or ubuntu-one dvd,one smaller hd for operating system and a larger one for backup,etc. It dosen't have to be gigabyte, but i have used several of them an i am use to them! Thanks in advance! P.s. I am retired and in no hurry! Have years of experience repairing pc's but very little experience in building them!

I'm using the Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3P motherboard, the same one listed on my home page, and I'm very happy with it.

I'm not using Windows 7 yet, so I can't speak to that point in particular.
