RAM speed

Can anyone tell me what the difference will be, and more imortantly, how MUCH a difference I will ACTUALLY notice, between having 667mhz RAM or 800mhz?

From what I've read, I don't believe you will notice much difference between the two speeds unless they have the same latencies. But usually the faster speed RAM has slow enough latencies that it cancels out the speed advantage.
