Buying new motherboard

Hey guys. By going with my Pc Specs below, I have found two motherboards on www.newegg.com. I don't know to much about them so I was curious which one would be a better buy. I would like to hear your opinion on these. Thank you.

id get the gigabyte, theyre both good boards, but the gigabyte more overclocking friendly and the socket is closer to what you want for that processor.
