new build almost done

almost finished my first build and hats off to this site it has been great but your bios/cmos guide was v confusing as mine was diff but does any one know what is important to change b4 i try install win 7 also i have 2 dvd-rw but 1 is only coming up cd-rw when i swap them its always master that is cd-rw
