How to upgrade my contact form to display Arabic characters?

Sometime I receive Arabic texts from my visitors. However, those texts are not displayed properly. How to fix my web form to do that?

I googled and found that many 3rd party form processing services have this feature. I made 2 forms: one with http://www.kontactr.com and the other with http://www.123contactform.com. I will decide on one of them after I test both for a couple of days.
