bios upgrade

I can not read SDHC memory cards on my 6-year old Compaq Presario.
Is there a way to upgrade the computer to allow us of the SDHC or mus tI stick with older SD cards.:confused:

Well, there are two options:

1. Have a look through the Compaq website to see if there is an updated firmware/driver for your card reader
2. Buy a separate card reader that you can plug into your PC, such as this one:
