Anyone had experience using a Visa gift card to buy from Newegg? I want to make an order with Newegg using a Visa rebate card I received from AT&T. Their checkout system is very picky and I don't want to screw things up and have my order voided and my money tied up all week until they release their hold on it.
My question is this: the rebate card does not have my name on it, but just says "Valued Customer." When I check out with Newegg, do I put my name where it says "cardholders' name," or do I put "Valued Customer?"
Customer service is closed there right now, and I do plan to call them when they open, but in the past when I have asked them questions I have not always been real impressed by the people I have talked to.
