Hi there,
I have what feels like an extremely dumb question. I've used computers for roughly 13 years (since age 8), but one thing only recently crossed my mind. Is it possible to build a multi-CPU system with different processors (i.e. different clock frequencies, or even a Core and a Core 2), provided they use a compatible socket? Or is it expected that all processors be identical models?
Thanks for your help :)
