Hi I have the Gigabyte Ex58-UD5 mobo and a Corsair 750w PSU. Im trying to find the right connector for the PSU on the MOBO. The connector labled "PWR FAN" is only three pin. The smallest cable coming out of my PSU is 4 pin. There is an empty 4 pin connector labeled "Sys Fan 2". Should I use this?

Those connectors you are talking about are for the case fans and the power supply fan.

The only power connections needed from your PSU to the motherboard are the 24-pin large rectangular one and the 4-pin square one that should go near the CPU.

I don't believe I have a separate cable for the power suppy fan. Just the two you mentioned. Is the power supply fan going to work without a connection to the connector on the mobo labled "PWR FAN"?

Yeah, the fan will still work. That connection is just for monitoring purposes.
