I have all the components ordered to build a super PC. I already have an XP Pro, but it doesn't have any service packs. Someone on this forum suggested XP without the service packs won't see such a large disk. Is that true?
I would like to get this sorted out before I start if possible. The reason I am concerned is that I installed the WD disk in my older Pentium computer with and used the XP disk that doesn't have the service packs, and it didn't see the disk.
