Alright so this is what I have picked out using Newegg.com to pick out my parts.
Combo Deals:
Mobo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131359
CPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115202
Combo Price: $514.98
Case: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811129043
Power Supply: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371024
Combo Price: $259.98
Memory: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231223
$89.99
GPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130370
$184.99
HDD: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822148433
$89.99
Optical: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16827136144
$21.99
Subtotal: $1,161.92
So I wanted to spend around $1000 and I made that just fine. It's alright if I go over. I would like to keep the total under $1500 though.
Now I didn't grab an OS because I want to wait for Windows 7 to come out, however I have a question about the OS. Can I load Windows 7 RC on my rig and wait for Windows 7 to come out? Or will I have to get a different OS until windows 7 comes out? Also, should I get a 64bit or 32 bit OS? How do I know which one to pick?
Also, what do you think of the rig? How will this do for gaming? I was thinking of getting another Hard Drive so I could dual boot with enough memory.
And do all the parts work with each other? Will there be any problems you see?
Thanks in advance! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Sorry for the double post, but I changed a few parts on the list. Another concern I have is whether I need a heat sink. I don't plan on over clocking so I don't believe I will have to get one?
Also, will I need to order extra cables?

I really like your build a lot. You can install Win7 for now and upgrade to the full version when it's available. I would certainly go with the 64-bit too.
I think you would be much better off with one of these video cards.

Also, Newegg is currently offering 10% off on hard drives. Use Promo code EMCHDD10A. Ends 6/22

Yeah i just got that e-mail for the HDD's, that will save me a good $10 :)
Also thanks for the GPU choices there, I think I'll have to settle with this one that you recommended for me.

Thanks for the help Ricky!
Oh and would you suggest getting extra cables? I'm not sure if there will be enough and I don't want to have to wait an extra few days because I was missing something!
Thanks again for the help and tip!

Sure, glad to help.
I bought me a Western Digital Caviar Black 640gb today for $67.50. What a deal.
I don't think you'll need any additional cables. It should all be there for you.

Just wanted to ask another question! Sorry for all the questions :) I just want to get this right hehe.
Anyways, I was looking around for a smaller case because I don't really want a full ATX tower. I want something like a mid tower so I found this.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811146047
and then this PSU to go with it.

I'm trying to save money here, so if you have any other recommendations that will help me save money but also have a really good airflow/quite case, I would gladly accept!
Thanks again!
Edit: I looked at the Antec 902 and I like it a lot, It's a little expensive but I read some of the reviews and it looks very promising!
I might just have to fork over the extra $30 for quality :)
Also, would you recommend going sli with 2 of the GPU I posted above? or just stick with the one? I would like to run Crysis easily if that matters!

Very nice case and psu.
I have the Antec 900, and really like the 902 a lot. Wish I had one. :D
Instead of going SLI, why not try it with just one card and see how it goes. You can always add one later if you really need to.

Perfect! I don't think I'll be changing my parts then anymore :)
Thanks again for the help!
Edit!!
Ok so my friend showed me this great case which is on sale and has a good combo deal.

But my question is now, will the Graphics card fit? It says that its 10.5in long. That's long than the MOBO and I'm not entirely sure if it will fit in the case?? Will I just have to move some of the HDD bays out of the way? Just a little concerned and wondering if I should get a full tower instead

Sorry man. Spent all day Saturday and Sunday painting the bedroom and barthroom. Had to unhook all the pc stuff for 2 days. I'm having slight pc withdrawals. :)
Your list looks great. No problem intalling GTX260 video card in that case.
I thought today was the last day of the 10% off HD at Newegg.

Yeah, I guess for some reason it just removed it from my promo codes, but I re-applied it and it worked! However, one of the combo deals increased in price by $15 over night. Not that much of a concern, but I ordered everything this morning and I selected Rush service so it should be shipped out today! Meaning that I should get it by wednesday or by thursday!!!
I'll keep you updated, and thank you sooooo much for helping me with the ordering part! I'm sure I'll be bothering you once again on installing :)

Well I got the majority of my parts today. I was very upset when the case didn't come too... I have to wait one more day for that! Sigh... and I'll be at work tomorrow too, so I will most likely have to pick it up as well.

Alright, I finally got everything today!
I installed everything, took me about 2 hours and 30minutes. Turned it on and it worked! Good so far...
Installed the OS and a GPU driver and restarted.
HDD started to click...
I looked around google and most people said that if it's clicking it's dead :(
I have to RMA it now but they are closed and won't open till monday...
Is there a way to use my old HDD?
EDIT:
Grabbed my old HDD plugged it in and the BIOS recognizes it
Put the OS disc in and reformatted the whole HDD and started to install the OS again on a "fresh" HDD. No problems SO far :)
I feel very accomplished as well as frustrated! It feels good?!
