I don't know if this is the right forum or not, I have looked around and could not find the answer I need. The computer I have, was purchased about 3 years ago. I do some video editing but have not done so in a long time. The firewire is unplugged and I cannot for the life of my find the place to plug it in.

I had to have the motherboard replaced a while back and have not used my firewire in a long time... I wonder if the new board does not have a place for the plug. To make matters worse I cannot find the documentation for the motherboard...

I just found this site today and I am really looking forward to building a computer with componets that I want and need. But for now, I hope to be able to plug in my camera and edit some video. :)

Hope someone here can help. Thanks a bunch.

Sheila

If you can open the case, you should see on the name and model of the motherboard.
