Ddr 400

I am presently running Kingston HyperX (KHX3200AK2/2G) 184-Pin DDR SDRAM. I would like to increase to 3G. Does anybody have any suggestions of what might be the best ram to get. A year and a half ago, this was the ram to have. I can still purchase 2 x 512 of the same brand. Would that be best, or is there better?

I priced out some DDR400 to one of my clanmate's just yesterday. I found a 1gb stick on newegg for around $34. You might want to start with 2 sticks like this and see how it does. If you have 4 dimms, then just put a 1gb stick in slots 1 and 3.
