I am looking to upgrade my pc, and I already have an Earthwatts 430w power supply that I would like to continue to use.

The online specs list the EarthWatts's 2 peripheral 12v rails at 17Amps.

However, the video card I would like to buy suggests using a 12v rail that delivers 18 amps.

Is this going to be a problem, or do you think I will be OK?

Is there a different video card you might suggest instead?

I like this one because it is on sale for 49.99 right now, after $20 dollar rebate.

The other specs of the PC will be a 2.8 Ghz Core 2 Duo on an Gigabyte GA-X48-DS5, with 4gb of DDR2 800 RAM, One SATA or SCSI Drive for OS (currently I have a 5 year old SCSI, but I might scrap that and upgrade to SATA, 2 IDE Drives for storage, DVD-RW. Wireless Card.

Another question, the Motherboard supports DDR2 1200 RAM, but it looks like I can get a nice deal on G.SKILL DDR2 800, but is it worth it to spend a little more money and get the DDR2 1200, maybe 2GB instead of 4.

Thanks for lookin,
I appreciate it,
