Can I build computers in Europe with components I order from the United States from places like Tiger Direct or Amazon? Is there any places to order cheaper components in bulk?

The main problem with ordering components from other countries is the shipping costs - if you are willing to pay out for that, then go ahead.

I personally use www.overclockers.co.uk and www.dabs.com, both of which are in the UK and offer competetive pricing.
