I am building a computer, using your advice. I'll be using your recommended motherboard, processor, and RAM. I intend to run Vista. I want a high quality video card with an HDTV tuner. I am considering the ATI All-In-Wonder HD3650 PCIE 512MB GDDR2. What do you think? Will this work? Is there something better out there? I am relatively inexperienced and need some guidance. I'm not a gamer, but might play a few in the future. I just want a quality video presentation and to watch TV now and then. Any help is appreciated.
