View Full Version : I Would like to know what is the best graphics card?

That I can get for under 200 dolloars and be able to take some of the video stress and what not off of my CPU and onto the GPU and at the same time bae able to play all games on decent settings or at the highest?

Also if You need it here is my Own built Computer Specs:

Intel DG45ID Media Series Motherboard MicroATX

Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 at 3.00ghz at 1333Mhz FSB

Corsair HX620W 620W Modular Power Supply

Lite On 6X Blu Ray ROM/16X DVDRW

It has 1 PCI e 16x 2.0 and 2 PCIe 1x and 1 PCI Slot

I have 2gigs of 6400 Ram Dual Channel

Thermaltake LANBOX Case w/Window and Handle Black Case(if you need to know)

So what Should I get? Thanks a lot for everyones help! With building my system!

There are really only 2 choices.

GTX260 core 216

Unless you're using a monitor larger than 24", this is all you need to play all games on maximum settings.

This is the one I ended up getting that has same specs but a little bit more expensive and it is from HIS through tigerdirect: HIS Radeon HD 4870 IceQ4+ Turbo Video Card I figured it is the same size and It is almost brand new too.

Installed the graphics card and it has maxed out the Windows Experience and Now I can game with my computer too! I can't wait to try a high end game and see what happens!
