After looking over your Recommendations: Budget Build thread I need to ask if there was anything you would change I am looking at $500-$700

Would it be a good idea to go with 4G RAM?

Would it be ok to go with the Western Digital Caviar SE16 WD6400AAKS 640GB 7200

I am ordering this weekend.

The upgrade to 4gb of ram, and the 640gb hard drive would both be nice additions, and stays within your budget. Good choices. :)
