I just built a mew system.

I am having a problem at startup. When I power up the system, the system starts to POst and then I get an error message:
*****WARNING SYSTEM BOOT FAILURE***** Your last system boot or POST interrupted. Press F1 to enter setup or press F2 to load default and reboot again. After pressing either, I was able to load Vista with no problem. The problem is that I get this warning everytime I power up the system.
I have looked around on the web but have found no resolution. Any ides?
