Whats your take on this mobo?

One of my friends bought this motherboard at a local store and is just keeping the processor and wants to get rid of the motherboard. He said he would sell it to me for $40. This is going to be my first build and im looking to have a pretty decent computer for at least 6 months untill i can get some money together to get what i really want.

I came across the GeForce 6100 which is on that mb. While it will handle low-end graphical needs, it won't hold up to heavy-dutygaming. At least according to this review:
