Currently running a 2.4 Ghz Pentium 4 single processor (Dell Dimension 2400!),Nvidia 5200, 1 GB Ram, 40GB HD! So this will definitely be a big upgrade for me but is there anything I could do differently? I am going to be getting some fans for the case, but other than that anything else? Price of setup including shipping is $535. Thanks in advance. :D

If the case you have listed is a Rosewill, the only thing I'll throw out to you is that that particular case looks fairly new to market (first review was beginning of Dec). I like things that have been around a bit, especially becasue that's where your PSU is coming from. To be fair, I don't know anything about Rosewill's PSU reputation, so I really can't say one way or the other.

If you game at all, spend $30 less on a motherboard and $30 more on the video card. There will be more recommendations from the group, but here are mine:
