no idea whats going on

i have a couple problems

#1 can rams fry?

#2 my computer keeps freezing outta nowhere then it just has a blue screen then restarts, what does this mean?

#3 i had this problem before also and i couldnt reformat the computer it said error until i took out 1 of my rams so i assumed i had a broken ram (hence #1)

#4 soemtimes when i turn on the computer it stays at the loading windows screen (the black screen with the windows logo and the loading bar that goes sidesways) but the monitor is really dim. why is that? did i build the computer wrong?

1. Yes, anything is possible. and its usually the odd thing that happens

2. blue screen could definately be from software, or drivers, but doesnt mean its not a hardware failure.

3. Not beign able to format, i would think would lean to more like a Hard drive issue, which would also cause the blue screens.
Check the integrity of the drive if you can, if not maybe you can put the drive in another computer and check it that way.

Thats about all i can tell without more info
