I'm can't recommend a Dynex anything. It's Best Buy's private label. Before you go too generic on the PSU, as many folks do because watts aren't as sexy at Ghz or GB's, keep in mind that bad PSU's are what brought you to us in the first place. ;) Here's a decent one below... good reviews at a premier online vendor for components.

It might seem counter intuitive, but I would steer clear of Best Buy for computer components. Stick with Newegg or Tigerdirect, maybe Amazon or Ebay if you know what you are looking for.

Speaking of power supplies, should 750w be enough to handle the latest games and applications?

750W is more than enough to handle all the latest components. Just make sure the PSU you choose has all the connectors you will need e.g. 8-pin adapters for graphics cards etc.

On a prior recommendation of yours I went with the Corsair.

The 750TX? That is a great PSU - made by Seasonic, who have always made very good PSUs, and comes with loads of connectors.

Cool. I like to know I have quality components.

You recommended a build to me awhile back but stuff came up. Now that I'm serious about getting it done I've been using the site's recommended build but with some of the brands you suggested.
