i cant change my generated pw..

it says invalid or banned email..


i have to use the pw given thru my email

Just to be sure you're clicking the right links....

Then click "Edit Email & Password". It's the second option down in the "Settings and Options" category.

If that's what you were doing already, or if that still doesn't work, just tell us and we'll try something else.
