Build is very similar to the recommendations that you guys put up, just looking for some input before I buy. Computer is mainly for gaming and I am trying to see if there is anywhere I could save money without losing capability. Thanks

I love your build. If you want to trim some expense, start with the case. The 1200 is much much bigger than you will need. You can get the 900 for a good bit less and its huge too.

The Q6600 is one of the best processor Intel has ever made, but its reached EOL, that's why the price is so good now. You might consider an E8400 or E8500. If you're sure you want a quad core, then look at the Q9300. To be honest, its hard to resist the Q6600 at its current price. :)

Thanks for the input RickyTick, appreciate the knowledge. I am thinking about going with the q9400 because it is in a combo with the motherboard above for the same price as if i bought the q9300 and it separate.

The computer I built before this one used the antec 900 so I don't want to use it again, and it again is in a combo with the graphics card for $40 savings instantly so thats why I picked it haha.

Any last thoughts before I order? Again thanks for the input :)

Substituting the Q9400 in place of the Q6600 makes it a perfect build. imo

Your friends will be jealous. I am. :D
