Here's a nice card for $150 after MIR.

Unless you need remote access to your pc, there's not much of a reason to go with Ultimate. Home Premium should work just fine.

I have one additional question. What is a good CPU cooler
DrivetheGreen66

And one other thing. I am pretty sure the memory I selected is compatible but I really want to make sure. I have been building and working on computers for like 2 years now but I always like a second opinion.

Go to Crucial.com and use their ram configurator to verify the ram is right for that motherboard.

RickyTick

This one is comparable to the Intel E5200, and since it's a "Black Edition" means the multiplier is unlocked, making it an excellent overclocker. The price is about the same as the 6000 you listed at the beginning. I'd say this is a better choice for you. :)
You never said where you were from other than "North of Greensboro".

Reidsville, NC. This is the better processor with that motherboard or would you go with the 6400??
RickyTick
12-24-2008, 02:13 PM
The 6xxx series AMD processors are a couple of generations old. The 7750 is a better option all the way around.
