Is there a difference between Sapphire or ATI brand of the X1950 pro (256 mb)? The Sapphire card costs $157 while the ATI card costs ~$70 more. Is there a difference between ATI and other brands that use the X1950 pro? Thanks for anyone's help.

The core technology and capability of the video card should be the same, but there can be differences in the quality of the components, the software bundle, the cooling technology and things like that. It's also not unusual to see a third-party video card exceed the specifications of the core technology.
