There is a process known as "streamlining" which allows you to add updates, applications and drivers into a Windows XP image which can then be written to CD.

I would recommend a program called nLite, which is free and very easy to use:

You will need your original XP CD though to add the files in.

Actually, I think that I may have mis-interpreted what you want - do you just want to write SP3 to a CD to install on another PC? If so, you don't need to create a bootable CD; you just need to copy the file onto a CD, then copy it onto the other PC to install it. XP comes with some built-in CD burning software, but there are lots of alternatives. My favourite is something called Express Burn - another free piece of software:

Hope this helps. :)

Ah, OK then.

While I cannot condone using pirated software, you can use the second link I posted to find some free CD burning software. Vista Ultimate is too large to fit on a CD, so you will need to burn that to a DVD.

If you have Nero, then you can use that to make a bootable CD as well.

I assume that your OSs are in .iso format, and there is an option with Nero to burn a pre-existing image to a CD/DVD. Choose this and browse to your files, and this will copy everything you need, including any necessary boot information.

You know you can download OS's as trial, not just pirated software. And Microsoft should realize they own the market of OS, and stop freaking charging at least 150 for each OS they bring out. Best way to stop piracy is to make it affordable and bountiful for everyone's reach.

IMGBurn is good as well. Good for 90 days, never made a coaster with it.
