Hard drive question

This is probably a stupid question, but i got my hard drive and it looks like on the bottom there is a place for a cover or bottom. Does this mean i need to buy something because it also has screw holes it seems.

No, you don't need to add anything else to your hard drive. Just put it in your PC and connect all the leads up. :)

Probably for a hard drive tray if your case has one.
