problem flashing

Hi! Need help in flashing my BIOS. I was trying to use the ez flash with usb stick but no possibility of changing anything bec.....
First, usb stick wasn't detected.
Second, can't seem to navigate around the ez flash field and can't write anything on it (unlike when i enter the cmos field)
Third, the floppy disk drive was detected but i don't have floppy drive. Any suggestions?

Now, i think i deleted the bios. Pc couldn't initiate. Turns on around 5secs then turns off again! Tried the recovery described in my manual but no success. Can anyone here help me?

Heh, I don't think it is possible to delete the BIOS as such, but it is possible to corrupt it. Have you tried resetting it by taking the CMOS battery out for 30 secs?
