Does any one know what this means?

The computer was fine and than a blue screen kept coming up about the video card driver and we could not get the computer to run at all to fix it. So we decided to try reinstall windows and got this message ( File\i386\ntkrnlmp.exe could not be loaded, the error code is 7. Setup cannot continue.)

After restarting this new code as seen in link to picture comes up. Any ideas other than running the whole thing over with the car :D

My call is bad memory. Take one stick out, reboot. If that don't work, take the other out, reboot. Or run memtest86 to stress test it.

OK I took out the new ram that crucial sent yesterday and now get the first message again, see link to read it.

I have tried to start in safe mode and I get the same message and it won't go into safe mode. I tried to get it to open in (Last known good Configuration) and the desk top opens for a few seconds and then goes right back to the blue screen in photo. If I can't get it to open in safe mode I have no idea how I can fix it, I was thinking of trying to put an old video card from my husbands old computer to see if it will start. I'm open to any ideas. Thanks! Min

Once again I tried to get it to open in (Last known good Configuration) and now it is giving me the blue screen page fault back in the first picture.
