The CD drive and Hard drive that i plan to get are OEM what does that mean and does it mean i have to buy something else too.

It stand for original equipment manufacturer. The part itself is usually all you get and does not include any cables or, often, any manuals.

Original Equipment Manufacturer. Basically means it comes (and can only come) with a complete computer setup without any additional parts, software, drivers or support.
