no power!!

I've just purchased a whole new system, piece by piece. When I try to turn the system on, I get no power. I bought another new motherboard and power supply and still no power. Any ideas of what the problem may be??

Do you have the 24 or 20 pin and the 4 pin or 8 pin connector hooked up? Check to see that you reset the jumper on the board aswell. Unhook all power, take out lithium battery, move jumper over to reset for 10 secs then put it back, reinstall battery and try to start it again. Make sure all connections are tight. Trust me, You might have something loose. Just check every connection one more time. Make sure the ram is pushed all the way down and snapped into place aswell. Do you see any lights come on when you turn the power on? A green light or yellow light on the board itself?
