ok well here aeg my specs before i begin its originally a emachines intel celeron d cpu 3.33 ghz windows xp sp2 ok well heresy what happen one of the fans cables got ripped out from the original cables then i fixing it and they both touched a yellow wire and a black cable right next to it then the pc restarted and i started getting these messages when i turn the computer on for realtek rtl8139(x)/8130/810x pci fast ethernet controller v2.16 (041224) pxe e61; media test failure, Check cable no bootale device insert boot disk and press any key. and that as far as i go my opinion is i either fried the video card or something with the os plz let meknow what you think thankx if you need more spedific detals plx contact me

It sounds as if your PC is trying to boot using the network card. To solve this, go into the BIOS when you startup and put the Hard Drive at the top of the boot priority list and remove the network boot option from the list.

Also, check all connections with your HDs and make sure they are working OK.
