Hi. Here is what I am thinking of getting:

MSI R4850-512M Radeon HD 4850 512MB video card
PC Power & Cooling S61EPS 610W psu
G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 memory
COOLER MASTER Centurion 5 CAC-T05-UB case
Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 ST3250410AS 250GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA
LITE ON DVD Burner
Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 Wolfdale 3.0GHz processor

What do you think? Any other suggestions for an X48 motherboard?

You might also consider a P45 motherboard, they seem to be a bit more mainstream right now.
