and a keyboard $7.

Total = $1046 ($946 w/ rebates)

I also plan on getting Vista 32 or 64-bit, probably 64. I'm thinking I won't need any fans? The PSU and case say they have fans so I don't know. CPU also has fan and heatsink. I'm worried my case might be a little too cheap, maybe I will take out that expensive mouse...

Looks fine, could kill the sound card if your not too fussy about sound quality (most mobos including yours have onboard)

just not too sure about the motherboard, if you spent a bit more into it you can shop around for a much wiser investment that will last you a lot longer.

most intel cpus come with stock cpu coolers that are fairly efficient and quiet, sometimes motherboards can also come with an additional heatsink/cpu cooler as well. Stock cases almost always come with an exhaust fan at the very least, and depending on your case you buy, they most likely will have another 120mm intake fan at the front next to the hard drive bay (and other variations). Stock cooling with the case, power supply, mobo and cpu should be enough to cover a standard setup. But if your going to be overclocking your components, you should look into monitoring your component temperatures and if needed, purchase higher quality and/or additional fans to keep the computer cool.
