hey is this build okay and is everything compatible and also is there anything you would recomend changing i am spending £1200 and under .

OCZ 8GB PC2-6400 C5 Quad Channel Platinum Low Latency XTC (4x2GB)

Intel Core 2 Quad Q9450 2.66GHz

Point Of View GTX260 896MB DDR3 448bit Dual DVI HDTV Out PCI-E

NZXT LEXA BlackLine Red Mid Tower Case With LCD Temp Display

Asus Striker II Formula 780i SLI Socket 775 8 Channel Audio ATX Motherboard

Is there anything i really dont need and can save money on or anything like that and is it a good build

Wouldn't you be better with PC2 8500 ram for that motherboard?

yer maybe what are the benefits of that over having 8gb or ram because 8gb of that speed is alot more exspensive isnt it or not

Well you can still have 8gb of ram, but the motherboard is rated for PC2 8500 ram instead of the PC2 6400 you have listed in the first post.
