My budget is around $750. I'm using the pc to run dreamweaver, multi-browse (loading 9-16 sites at once) and apache for php coding. The pc will not be for games except for desktop tower defense (online flash game).

The main issue on the list is the motherboard and the graphics card. Should I get the video card built in or not? What are my options for it? Will all the following parts be compatible with eachother?

There's not a video card listed and I wouldn't suggest using integrated graphics. Since you're not a gamer, you don't need a very high end card. Here's a very good performer at a reasonable price.

If you need something a little less expensive, this is still a good card here

This would be a much better choice in a motherboard and is a good bit cheaper.

What do you think?

Thanks ricky, I'll switch to the GIGABYTE GA-P35. Do I need a "somewhat good" performing graphics card if I don't play any games? I was hoping I would only spend about 20-40 like the ones listed on ebay.

I was sort of thinking you could save a few dollars on the motheboard and put that towards a good video card, but if that's still too much for a card then that's cool. I have a 7600GT in another computer and its a very decent card. They're a little hard to find though. Nothing wrong with that for your purposes.

This 8500GT is only $50 after rebate. Its worth looking into.

But I believe the 7600GT might be faster. iirc
