USB Keyboard Vacuum cleaner?

Yesterday saw it from a website called Sourcingmap (http://www.sourcingmap.com/mini-usb-powered-vacuum-cleaner-for-desktop-keyboard-p-10721.html)
which caused my interests...:D
This keyboard vacuum cleaner thing is claimed "Ideal for removing cigarette ash, dust, dirt on your keyboard, desktop, or monitor " :eek:

My question is what if my keyboard is dirty wiht grease.......:p
