Hello All,

Thanks for this great site. I built my first computer without a single hitch and it has been going strong for 2 weeks. I use this for trading with 4 monitors. Way better than the Compaq I was using.

I followed the recommendations here using these components:

ASUS M2N32-SLI Deluxe wireless, AMD Athlon 64 X2 6400+, ZALMAN CNPS 9500 CPU heat sink & Fan, (2) Crucial Ballistix 2GB (PC2 6400) Kits for a total of 4 GB. Nvidia Quadro NVS 440, Western Digital Caviar 320GB HD, Antec NeoPower 550, Antec P182 Case

The Model # on the Ram is BL2KIT12864AA804

My question is, what do I need to set in the BIOS to get the maximum and reliable usage out of these sticks? Right now everything is set on AUTO.

I go to the advanced tab, under JumperFree configuration, the AI Tuning is set on AUTO.

The reason I am concerned is there are a lot of bad customer reviews on New Egg and I am under the assumption that they do not have the settings right and are killing their RAM. To avoid being another victim, and down time, could you point me in the right direction of where and what to change in the BIOS.

I have not changed anything in the BIOS, outside of boot order and time. Have not updated the BIOS either.

Thanks, Mike
