Power led 3 pin motherboard 2 pin

I have ASUS M2N-MX SE PLUS motherboard that has a two pin place to attach power led but the power supply has a three pin connecter with two of the pins attached. It will not fit onto my motherboard. Any sugestions? Not much luck getting info from ASUS or power supply people. Thanks

The power LED is the connector for the front panel of your case, and so shouldn't have anything coming from the PSU attached to it.
