better specs or better reviews - which to buy?

The hard drives I'm looking at are about the same price, but one has better specs while the other has better reviews. Is it better to play it safe and go with the golden reviews, or go for prettier specs at the same price?

I have always been a WD fan, and 84% 5* rating speaks for itself. Then again, for only $5 more and an extra 110GB of space, plus double the cache, I think that the Samsung is the better buy.
