Theraml Paste?

I just unpacked my New Egg order and I don't have the Artic Silver 5 thermal paste.

Does this stop everything? Does the e8400 come pre-pastey with stock thermal paste? Do I need to go to radioshack?

The CPU cooler that comes with the retail e8400 has the paste on it already.

That's what I did. Though I'm a one-timer, so follow my advice at your own peril... I'd recommend following the instructions in the Gigabyte GA-P35-DSL manual on installing the cooler. Much better than the textless instructions that came with the CPU, or anything else I could find easily.
