Oh damn, nevermind.
I was going to say step up time, but since you have to pay the difference in price forget.
That thing is awesome but way to expensive... for me anyways.

Newegg has the EVGA 8800GTX 764mb for $339.99 after $50 MIR. That's a bargain. Let me know if you want the Promo Code.

Goddam, thats fantastic. So unfair that you get all these deals in the US... XD
EDIT: Having said that, the GTX is now £230 ($450) in the UK... :/

How much is international post? Is it worth importing parts if they are that much cheaper?

We have to pay customs tax, and stuff like this - it works out at about the same price, unfortunately.
How much is the 8800GTS 512 selling for at the moment? It performs at about the same as the GTX, but is quieter and uses less power.

I bought the evga 512 MB 8800gt card in late January.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814130318
I'm perfectly happy with the card, but I know the new GeForce 9 cards have been released, and I believe I only have a couple weeks left on my step-up program option. I paid $250 for the card (annoying since it's currently 200 at Newegg, but that's technology for you). Are there any better cards that are close to the $250-300 price-range that are worth trading in my 8800gt for? Or am I better off skipping the step-up program and sticking with what I still think is an amazing card?

not sure of the costs, but ive heard the new 8800gts (g92) is a stepup form the gt, may be a small step but it is up.
