Trying to get info before I start. Don't have one, yet.
Read on another site that going above 1.36v will cause instability at higher clocks. Seems they could get it to over 4 but after some time at the higher volts it would not keep that speed and would drop to a lower clock around 3.9 and would not go higher no matter what voltage.
3.9 is no slouch either. Didn't appear to be a mobo or cooling issue; since, different combinations were used.
There was talk of a "warming up" or a "break in" period. Never really got the diffinitive answer.
What has anyone here experienced? I don't want to damage it by setting the v too high.
