Enabled Moderator Powers

I'll post this here since this is where the last banned user was posting.

Jamie Nixx and The Wise Monkey should now have the ability to delete messages and ban users. Sorry guys, I didn't realize I needed to enable these when I made you moderators. I assumed if someone was made a moderator then these abilities came with it, but it turns out they have to be enabled separately. If anything looks insufficient then by all means let me know. I greatly appreciate and respect your contributions to the forum.

Oh, and of course I banned that spammer.
