We are switching to comcast internet. Not sure about their firewall and virus protection. I only use AVG firewall and virus prot.

Can I run them in parallel?
How do you comcast users handle this?

what operating system do u have???? i have vista and i just use windows protection and avg anti-virus and go to websites i know. never had a problem.

I'm running xp pro

Glad to hear you have not had any issues. Comcast allows you to install Mc Afee but I am not going to do so and just install AVG firewall, virus and their new spywaare. Should be plenty of protection.
