Lunar Eclipse

Was just outside watching the full lunar elipse. The sky was perfectly clear, and the moon was very bright. Well, it was bright until the eclipse. :)

What a cool thing to see.

I remember a nearly full solar eclipse back around 1983. It was in the middle of the day and it got kinda dark and creepy. Funny how you remember certain things.

The eclipse took place at 3am this morning, so didn't see it, which is a shame. Theres a total solar eclipse coming up this year as well -on 1st August. :)

My wife and I watched it from the back window of our house. It was pretty cool.:cool:

I kept my kids up late so they could see it. It was partly cloudy here in Central Florida but we managed to a have a decent view. It's quite a treat to have one in the part of the world where you can see it, and not be too cloudy.
