OK well for a case I would suggest the Antec Performance One P180 Advanced Super Mid Tower Case because it has a very good cooling plus some of the fans come with it. well you can see it in the interactive demo on a page by clicking here (http://www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/ProductDetail.jsp?ProductCode=140118) and then click on the interactive demo. For the floppy disk then think back about what you use in life that needs a floppy disk drive, for me this was my mom's digital camera until she got a new one and now all I need is a card reader. Plus you forgot:
A keyboard and mouse
A sound card (better quality music plus decreases workload of motherboard)
Speakers
Possibly a microphone, depends on if you will use it. (For me I do a lot of video editing so i need a mic)
If you want to be sure you have all the tools you will need to build a computer then get a pc building tool kit.
An anti-static wristrap (MUST HAVE only $5-$6)
A UPS to protect your system from a power surge (some even have batteries in them so that when the power goes out you have time to finish or save your project)
Monitor

I believe that is what you missed unless you aren't going to get any of these things (I suggest USING a monitor...lol)

Are you going to be gaming?

Don't bother with the 2 7900GSs, get one 8800GT for about the same price and a huge jump in performance.

If you want to improve anywhere, I would suggest getting a slightly better CPU - the e6750 is the best bang for buck at the moment.

That CPU cooler is major overkill unless you are going to be doing some serious overclocking.
